Anna Glasbrook creates dynamic stitched architectural textiles exploring surface, light, space and colour. Pushing the boundaries of textiles, she works in collaboration with architects and interior designers to produce large-scale bespoke three-dimensional pieces suitable for wall-hanging or as screens, panels and space dividers. Her illuminated series incorporate LED lighting to create a mood enhancing feature for any space. Anna Glasbrook’s inspiration always comes from photographic images she takes of the urban and rural environment, translating contours, textures and colours into pieces that vibrate with colour and movement.

'I like to play with perspective and perception of space, using lines as markers of volume, constructing ‘drawings’ that give the impression of solidity and delicacy simultaneously'.
