Profile

As a textile artist I have always been excited by the idea of light and colour. I am currently investigating translucent techniques to encapsulate and develop designs. I am obsessed by the play of colour and how to manipulate this into a variety of end products.

My work has evolved into light installations that can be used in both interior and exterior spaces. The colour is achieved through textiles being immersed in resin and strengthened with fibreglass. Each piece of work will always be individual because of the process I have developed and with the vibrant colours they are uplifting to the spirit.
